Hollow microfibers can be fabricated by using different materials such as metals and glass. The inner diameter of strong, tough, conductive metallic tubes is on a submillimeter scale while that quartz glass made thermoplastic forming reach 5 nm. However, are brittle nonconductive. Metallic glasses (MGs) conductive, have ability. Theoretically, used to produce hollow microfibers. Here, we report method fabricate MG via bulk Pd43Cu27Ni10P20 in their supercooled-liquid region. Uniform smooth with single multiple channels were successfully this method. Investigation the heterogeneous microstructure fibers revealed mechanism. might attract scientific interest may engineering applications areas electrochemistry, microelectromechanical devices, medicine, biology.
